In a word, vandalism!
Facility cleaning and maintenance teams will tell you first thing the experiences with vandalism in their public restrooms. Why though? Why do people find it necessary to turn themselves into Destruction Monsters when they enter a restroom facility? As silly as it seems, it is a necessary consideration when deciding which Dyson AirbladeTM hand dryer unit is right for your facility.
Down to the units – The AB02 (both 110 & 208v) is die cast aluminum (STRONG!) and therefore can withstand a sledge hammer hitting it up to 10 times! Plus the coating on the unit will not allow stains from a marks-a-lot permanent marker – it will wipe away!
The AB04 is a polycarbonate case that is for restroom facilities that are not concerned with vandalism.
